As harvest approaches, farmers are focused on getting crops out of the field, maintaining equipment, managing labor, and keeping up with weather forecasts. Once grain enters storage, however, a new challenge begins: protecting that investment until it reaches market. The reality is that grain storage is no longer a “set it and forget it” process.
